By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Prices shown are web only pricing. Prices in store may vary.

Warranty:

  • 30 day replacement limited guarantee with a return of a defective generic inkjet item.
  • 90 day replacement limited guarantee with a return of a defective generic laser/toner item.
  • Limited guarantee exclusions from coverage under this warranty are the following:
    • OEM cartridge defects are under Brand Name manufactures warrantee. Contact Brand name manufacturer for replacement assistance.
    • Cartridges with expired computer chip firmware.
    • Special order items.
  • Return shipping is provided for defective items with a prepaid shipping label by Just Ink Services.com. No shipping cost will be reimbursed.
  • All products to be returned to Just Ink Services.com for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization and RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
  • Cartridges that do not provide ink monitor/level or delay messages are not considered defective.
  • All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product
  • All coverage under this warranty is void due to damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect is present.
  • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
  • Warranty applies from the date of purchase.
  • All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt
  • If a product is found to be defective by Just Ink Services.com, in its sole discretion, Just Ink Services.com only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Just Ink Services.com will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.
  • Refund or replacement will be given only after passing inspection from Just Ink Services.com
  • Refund or replacement will reflect remaining ink or toner level. Supply status page must be produced.

 

Warranty on YRTS products for updates

1. All Just Ink YRTS products in use (open box or installed in the printers) at the time of an update from the OEM manufacturers and therefore cease to function due to this same update; WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED (RMA) OR REFUNDED.

SOLUTION: Deactivate automatic updates on printers. See: www.yrts.info

2. All Just Ink YRTS products that are unused (unopened box) or unsold (in stock) and require a chip upgrade due to an update from the OEM manufacturers will be exchanged and not reimbursed. Please place a new order for your replacement products for the exact quantity of your RMA request.

3. All information about Just Ink’s YRTS products that may be affected by an upgrade and the procedure to disable automatic updates are available on the YRTS website www.yrts.info

 

Warranty on Just Ink products affected by the HP+/Instant Ink program.

1. Just Ink products will not work for a customer who has joined the HP+ Instant Ink program and therefore the printer ending with the letter e ie: Officejet 4630e

This procedure is irrevocable.

 

No credit or refund will be made in this case.
