By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Prices shown are web-only pricing. In-store prices may vary.

Warranty:

  • Generic Inkjet Products:
    30-day replacement limited guarantee upon return of a defective generic inkjet item.

    Generic Laser/Toner Products:
    90-day replacement limited guarantee upon return of a defective generic laser/toner item.

    Exclusions from warranty coverage include the following:

    • OEM cartridge defects (these are covered under the brand name manufacturer’s warranty; please contact them directly for assistance).
    • Cartridges with expired computer chip firmware.
    • Special order items.
    • Cartridges that do not provide ink monitor/level readings or show delay messages (not considered defective).
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
    • Products that have been modified, changed, or altered in any way.

    Return Process:

    • Return shipping for defective items is provided via a prepaid shipping label from JustInkServices.com. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
    • All products returned for warranty inspection must receive prior authorization and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • Warranty coverage is valid from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
    • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
    • If a product is deemed defective by JustInkServices.com (at our sole discretion), our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
    • We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from loss of use of the product.
    • Refunds or replacements will only be issued after inspection and will reflect remaining ink or toner levels. A supply status page must be provided.

    Warranty on YRTS Products Affected by Firmware Updates

    1. All Just Ink YRTS products in use (opened or installed) at the time of an OEM manufacturer update that causes them to stop working WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged (RMA).

    Solution: Deactivate automatic updates on your printer. See: www.yrts.info

    1. All unused (unopened) or unsold (in-stock) YRTS products that require a chip upgrade due to OEM updates will be exchanged (not reimbursed). Please place a new order for the exact quantity of your RMA request.

    Warranty on Products Affected by HP+ / Instant Ink Program

    1. Just Ink products will not work with printers enrolled in HP+ or the Instant Ink program (e.g., models ending in “e”, such as OfficeJet 4630e).

    Note: This procedure is irrevocable.
    No credit or refund will be issued in this case.
