With this easily adjustable height kit, without any levers or handles, your keyboard and mouse will always be at the ideal height. Ergosecure foam keyboard face wrist rest 19″ x 2 ½”. The contoured height is ½” to 2″ 7/8. It is covered with lycra. This wrist rest allows for a decrease in static load on the upper extremities and neck while working, helping the wrists remain in a neutral position.
